How is everyone doing out there? Are we practicing Instant Challenges ("IC")? There are many resources available to you on this web-site. If you haven't already done so, check out the DIResources Wiki tab under "Resources". There is a section under "Select a link" called "Resources" where you will find all sorts of wonderful information on Instant Challenges as well as other topics like "Team Building".

Here's some practice using imaginary props- especially timely for our Challenge D: Do or DI teams! I'd love to thank whoever wrote this unofficial DI IC but there's no name on the file- if you know the writer, please share so I can give him/her credit!
