Time:  9:30-10:00 am registration and Workshop from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Teams will rotate through various stations.

Get ready to have a GREAT day of hands-on activities to build skills useful to DI teams like: 
• Costuming—how to make a character
• Structure building and testing for Rising Stars and teams considering Challenge E:  Breaking DI News
• Tools, tools, tools
• PVC—what can we build?
• Mechanical wizardry—look at Challenge A:  DIrect DIposit and Challenge B: DI-Bot
• Improvisation
• Trash to treasure
• Instant Challenge

Cost:  $5/K-12th grade student with scholarships available.  Each team must have a chaperone that stays with the team.  Additional adults are welcome.
 
Added BONUS is Instant Challenge Appraiser Training Session concurrently during the workshop.  This is great opportunity for your team's Appraiser to complete their training and get hands-on experience with teams. Team Managers may also attend this session to gain more experience with running and debriefing Instant Challenges. Just be sure there is another adult or two to stay with your team!
